Went to breakfast with Lauren, One of our very last days together. Starting to get sad now. When I left her today started thinking that I will only see her a few more times now before we go. Everything is happening so fast now. We leave this Saturday and still so much to do...

Best friends always

This is when we tried to do a piggy back and I lost my balance and Lauren fell of and iot clicked us in mid action so funny!

Spent ages on the phone to Jennie and Vicky..Looks like Aimee's baby will be coming soon, being induced Tuesday WOHOO

Friday 11th Sept

Had a very very bad day at work today.. Very stressed , confused , depressed and I don't know how many other words I can use to describe the way I felt.....it was crap. New Director is continually changing her mind as to whether she will work next week or not and finally has decided she will. So I am officially finished but will be going in next week to sort a few things out, pick up my props etc and say goodbye. What a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The girls and Al took me out tonight. Wasa lovely but quiet dinner at Jimmy Deans.

Before I left

Me and Allan, the best boss ever!

Zoe, Alison and Corrine

Me and Emily

The gang , Allan, Sam, Zoe, Alison, Corrine, Emily, and Chantelle

Thursday 10th Sept

Trying very hard to work out whether or not I can finish up tomorrow, so ready for it but doesn't look likely. Oh well. the girls are taking me out for dinner tomorrow night. Gonna be a surpise, they won't tell me where we are going. When I found out they changed the place so now I am none the wiser LOL

Wednesday 9th Sept

Applied for a job last night...They contacted me through email this morning. I rang them and had a big talk and they are going to do a phone interview soon. Cool hey! We also sold the fridge today too...they will be picking it up tomorrow morning. Things seems to be picking up for us.

Tuesday 8th Sept

Sold Biog Red today..Am happy to get some more money behind us but absolutely gutted to sell something that is so sentimental to me. The memory of the thoughtfulness and generously of Lauren giving me the car will never falter.

GOODBYE BIG RED....I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU

* We have booked our flights, the removal etc and fly out on Saturday the 19th Sept
* Have been busy packing and the house is pretty much ready to go, just last minute stuff to pack now.
* Have been sorting through stuff and are getting ready to go to the markets this weekend to sellf of bits and pieces that we really don't need.
* Lounge, TV unit, Bookshelf from my study, washing machine and dryer have all been bought by girls at work and they will be picked up this weekend
* Jeremy had his lanyard parade last Friday (28th August - his birthday) so very proud of him
* We managed to get through accreditation with flying colours this time around, thank goodness, So glad its over now. Went through and am still in it a bit, a wave of depression. Not sure if its because the adrenaline has gone or that now I know accreditation is over that yep I am leaving, who knows but it has gotten me down.
* Tali had her baby girl - Jasmine - yesterday morn (1/9/09) and has sent me photos via the mobile. She is so cute.
* Trying to get myself prepared for leaving and just seem to be going no where...

Tuesday 11th August

My poor baby girl is not well. We took her to the vet this afternoon. She keeps scratching heaps but has no fleas or anything. Anyway the vet says its dematitis caused from a possible allergy. he gave her a needle and then some tablets for the next week or so. Anyway we are on our way home and she is pretty quiet...this is so not normal; she cries the whole way there and back normally. We get home and she is still quiet. Rex calls me into the study to look at a house on the internet and as I walk back into the lounge room Bella is sitting on the coffee table with her tongue hanging out. Totally freaked me out. She put it back in after a few moments but was extremely drowsy and lethargic all night. So worried about my girl. Then when I took a pick of her; so sick, I noticed that she had scratched all the hair away from where her collar sits. So upset that I didn't realise it had happened.. Feel like I have neglected my girl. Love her so much.....

Then...more swine flu. I am so over it!!!! More dramas will come tomorrow no doubt but I am so over dealing with this. A staff member now has it.
Other than these lovely pieces of news, this evening, I actually got a fair bit done today at work and felt like I actually accomplished something.

Monday 10th August

What did I do today...well guess what, I went to work...oh shock horror LOL. Work was ok but managed to get out a bit early and came home and spent some time with Rex,. Wasn't feeling 100% today so just veged on the lounge and DID NOTHING ....

Sunday 9th August

Went with Loz to the Baby and child market this morning. Was lots of fun, but I just wanted to buy everything. Bought Aimee and Tali some stuff for their bubs; so wished I was buying for me...maybe one day.Bought some really cool shoes and a dress for Tals and a little outfit for Aim.

Jasmine's clothes

Luca's clothes

Also saw Luca for the very first time via a 4D ultrasound. SO CUTE!!!! he has big chubby cheeks, can't wait to meet him and give those big chubby cheeks a big squishy kiss.
After that I came home and Rex and I just hung out, it was really nice.

With Dad

With Mum

Did a bit of packing and finally made a decision on our date for the move...20th August 2009.

This is the state of my study at the moment...nice and tidy hey! LOL

Saturday 8th August

Shopping with Rex this morning. Why is it that I can't sleep in on the weekends but would love to during the week..... Finished Jaiah's page, quite happy with the results too.

Veged out in the afternoon for a while before going to print out a heap of photos....More scrabooking to come. Actually beginning to feel human again. Scrapbooking really relaxes me and I just feel content when I am doing it and when I look at my finished product I feel like I have actually achieved something...

Friday 7th August.

Stress is the best way I could describe today. If I have to talk to anyone else about Swine Flu, I'll cry.... Had enough. Out of 49 children i got 15 all up, everyone else left. Sent staff home early and I came home at 1:30pm. very unusual for a Friday. Went scrapbook shopping. Spent $50 on pretty much nothing (how sad LOL) and began work on Jaiah's page from our holiday.Relaxed with rex watching TV in the evening and then had an early night. Even the lady at Coles (went in to grab a few things; normally am a Woolies girl LOL) said I looked as though I was done for the day....how true was that. This week has been horrible and I am so exhausted.

Thursday 6th August

The day started out fine. Opened up and then went home at 10:30am, using sometime in lieu. Actually put myself first for a change and said no to one of my Qualified's who wanted to do her programming at home. Watched a movie with Rex; "Gran Torrino", great movie. Then got a call from work saying that one of teh staff had taken her child to the hospital. Back to work again for the afternoon. Found out at 8pm that he has swine flu and pneumonia. CRAP. Then on the phone to Alan who is in Sydney on holidays, felt so bad, then on phone to the health Dept. Made notices for the gate etc at work letting parents know. Now to get ready for a horrible day tomorrow.

Wednesday 5th August

Another big day but thank goodness not as early as yesterday. Got some work done and came home early.Well, 4:30pm LOL. Sometimes I want to stay here in Perth and other times I can't wait to go... My emotions are quite mixed up lately.

Tuesday 4th August.

Up at 6 to open up trying to get some catch up work done before the kids arrive, 1 staff away. By 6:40am another staff member away (my 7am staff member). Love starting a day like this this. Then I had to try to sort things out and get to a meeting with all of Allan's Directors by 9am. Got there, then got more news that one of the other staff needed to go home....more stress, I now had to work until 6pm (12 hour day YEAH!!! NOT)... I really do wonder about my job, sometimes I feel like it is trying to take over my life. With all this am still trying to get ready for Accreditation... So good to come home but then am again reminded of the mess here, boxes everywhere and constantly being reminded we don't have enough money for the up coming move. so over everything today.

Monday 3rd August

Very busy at work today, getting organised for accreditation. Nice to come home for lunch to my Rexy though... Quiet night watching TV and catching up on my blog wearing Rex's jumper..Love his smell, it so feels like home when I can smell him.

Sunday 2nd August

Quiet morning, started early with a lovely walk around the neighbourhood and then we headed down to Rockingham for a look around.

This memorial was amazing with plaques for so many ships including Parramatta, Tobruk and the Yarra (Dad's ship)

Garden island. sadly we couldn't get any closer.

Looking across to Garden island. Rex was supposed to be transferred here in 1988 but we got together instead. When I asked if he thought he did better with me he said he thought he got the rough end of the stick Bloody Bugger LOL

Together...Looking a bit pudgy but very much in love.

Saturday 1st August

Back to reality, washing, grocery shopping etc Nice to be back to normality. Tried to get some more sleep in today....so tired still.

Friday 31st July

Home Home..such a wonderful word. We headed home today for what seemed like the longest trip ever but was much beautiful by the sight of my beautiful husband waiting for me at the gate. Love him so much. Got big kisses (nose rubs) from my Bella when I got home to....

Thursday 30th July

Headed to the warehouses with mum and Dad today, but before we left Lauren got to see the sun rise over the water, something she has never seen before.

After we got home it was all about packing and trying so desperately to squeeze everything in LOL. home tomorrow to see my wonderful husband. miss him so much.

Wednesday 29th July

We went to Australia Zoo today. It was just amazing and we had so much fun. After the week we have had it was great just doing our own thing and leisurely walking around the zoo. The zoo was so clean and the animals were so well looked after. We loved it and will definitely go back again. think Rex and I may get yearly passes when we move over.

The Crocosium...

Jaiah just after she squeezed the snake LOL ...oops

With the baby goats, they were just 3 weeks old. Love baby animals.

Took this one to show Rex and Brad the zoo. It was just gorgeous.

Found this crocodile in the kiddies playground. Isn't she cute.

With the "Irwin family" statue.

With my precious Jaiaj, we really liked this creek in the background.

"I'm soo coy" says Jaiah LOL. NOT!!!!!

"This is the real me" says Jaiah

Oh know, LOL

Loz and Jaiah with the koala, bit of a handful hey!

As we headed up to the elephants and tigers we found this lovely big bench chair type thing. graet spot for some pics. So we did a miny photo shoot. these are some of my favs...

Jaiah and Loz

Love this one, so curious about the world around her.

This is so jaiah, always happy and ready to give a smile no matter what!

Tuesday 28th July

Spent a leisurely morning at the unit..was so nice. Jennie and Eric came by and we headed up to Coolum Beach. We met up with Tali and Steve in their unit ( they were still on their honeymoon but invited us to visit). We all had lunch together before I went for my interview for a Directors position for when I get over. The interview went ok, not sure if I want it or not though. Only time will tell if I get the position. Whatever is meant to be will be! we then headed home for a relaxing evening.

At Coolum Beach with Loz and Jaiah in the pram.

With Jennie at Coolum Beach (Jaiah in the pram again)
With Jaiah on the Balcony of Tali and Stev's unit.

View of the Beach from Tali and Steve's unit.

I am very much in love with this area and so glad we chose this area to move to.

Monday 27th July

Finally went to pick up our new car today and dropped it at Mum and Dads house for safe keeping until we get there. Spent a few hours at Mum and Dads, had lunch etc. Jaiah got to see the chooks and meet Dipper (the cockatoo) which was going great until Dad and she moved away from the cage and he started squawking and frightened her. Poor little bugger. We headed south after that and met up with Brad's cousins in Cooperoo and finally got home at 11pm...so exhausted.

Talking to Dipper.

Sunday 26th July

Tali and Steve's Wedding Day. We left home at 7:30am to head for Jennie's. From there it was just a major rush...one thing rolled into another, from hair and makeup, to fixing the cake and taking photo's. Wow what a morning. Lauren did Tali's hair for her and I attempted to help wherever I could, I worked with Eric and Rhiannon to put the ribbons etc on the car, then fixed the cake, which came to us as a bit of a distaster. When the girls where finally ready, we took some rush pics and headed off, we were about 30mins late oops.

Rhiannon..Flower Girl

Aimee...Bridesmaid

The girls

Tali the Bride

We finally arrived at the Tranquil Mountain Lodge for the ceremony and reception.. It was lovely and the view was amazing...

Then for some other pics...

Then back to all the fun...

It was so nice being with family but was nice for the day to end as well. it had been a full on few days for us.

Itwas lovely seeing Tali and Aimee both glowing with their pregnancies, but also brings home to me the struggles that I am going through. I try to keep it all under wraps and I hope they don't know how I feel, but I am struggling and with the move to QLD coming up, it is going to be more in my face than ever. i just hope I have the courage to deal with it all...
